We Are Now Taking Submissions for 2018 Festival

The planning committee is already making plans for 2017 and is considering those who applied by the deadline as well as those recommended by our audiences and others.

Applicants interested in being considered for 2018 should submit applications by December 31, 2017. Authors may request to be involved in the authors-in-the schools and/or library or weekend programs. The committee handles orders and sales for invited authors.

Please provide the following information:

  1. Name
  2. address for postal delivery
  3. phone number
  4. email address
  5. your web site information if you have one
  6. Best way to contact you (specify e-mail, phone, or postal)
  7. Titles of all books published, including dates of publication.
  8. Name(s) and contact information for publicist, agent, and/or publisher.
  9. Short biography (approximately 300 words).
  10. List of awards and special recognitions.
  11. Brief descriptions of recent presentations you have made, and suggestions for presentations and/or workshops you would like to offer.
  12. List of two people (including contact information) who know your work and can comment on your presentations at other events.

Note: If you wish to send us books to review in considering your application, please be aware that we will donate the books to local libraries after we complete our selections. All applicants for 2017 will receive a response from the planning committee not later than March 1, 2017.
