The Chippewa Valley Book Festival depends entirely on volunteers.
We are organized into several committees: Authors & Events, Authors in the Schools, Book Groups and Bookstores, Evaluation, Fundraising, Hospitality, Marketing and Young Writers Showcase. Additionally, volunteers host and introduce authors, distribute marketing materials, and hand out and tabulate surveys. We welcome suggestions for specific authors and subjects for programs. If you wish to help out in any way at the festival, please fill out a survey at a festival program or send an email to email@example.com

Our annual budget for authors’ and presenters’ honoraria and expenses, advertising and printing is about $ 40,000. Just as we count on volunteer workers, we rely on financial donations from individuals and businesses to run the festival.
