Almost all of our events are free except for meals and the Forum Series. If you want tickets for those events, follow these instructions:
Tickets for Matthew Desmond’s presentation are available at UW-Eau Claire. See this link.
All of our paid meal events use the ticketing software/interface at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center. Please note that there are multiple ways to purchase tickets (see numbered section below), and depending on how the ticket is purchased, there may be small surcharges for online or phone orders.
3 ways to purchase a reservation for a festival meal event:
- ONLINE: Click www.eauclairearts.com and select EVENTS, and then BUY TICKETS. The first thing you must do is sign in (see ‘sign in’ on the upper right corner of page). Note if you don’t have an account, you may easily create one upon entering the site. Purchasing tickets this way will require a credit card and registering your e-mail with the Arts Center software. There will be a $2/per ticket fee to cover the credit card company charge (this is an industry standard in all online ticket transactions). Scroll down for more online ordering help.
Here is what sign in looks like, use login if you have an account, or create a new one:
- TELEPHONE: Reservations can be paid via telephone if you have a credit card. Call 715.832.2787 to make a reservation via phone. (9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 7 p.m. on Thursdays) For phone orders, there is a flat $3.00 charge for your ticket order to mail them to your address (no matter how many tickets).
- IN PERSON: by stopping in the ECRAC offices (316 Eau Claire St. downtown Eau Claire) M-F from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (9 a.m to 7p.m. on Thursday). Tickets purchased in person have no additional fees.
- Please note: If your plans change, please notify the Arts Center so we can make room for another person. All tickets are non-refundable, no will call service is available at any of these event venues. Online and telephone ticket sales will be delivered via print at home or USPS mail (additional handling fees apply for postal mail).
Here is what the arts center ticket page will look like:
Select EVENTS, which will open another menu, and select BUY TICKETS
This brings you to the purchase page.
All the ticketing events at the State Theatre and ECRAC sponsored events are shown here. ECRAC is our sponsoring organization and we are very grateful they allow us online ticketing for our events!
Remember, author presentations without meals are free, open to the public and do not require ticketing. Only meals, workshops and our publishing panel require ticketing.
