We Need Your Support >> Donate, Volunteer, Present
Select Chippewa Valley Book Festival as your
designated donation BEFORE you donate. Thank you!
Our annual budget for authors’ and presenters’ honoraria and expenses, advertising and printing is about $40,000. Just as we count on volunteer workers, we rely on financial donations from individuals and businesses to run the festival. As part of the Arts Council, we are a 501c3 organization, so your donation is tax deductible.
We are happy to take donations by mail: (print donation form and mail a check)

The Chippewa Valley Book Festival depends entirely on volunteers, so your support through offering your time is an invaluable donation.
We are organized into several committees: Authors and Events, Authors in the Schools, Fundraising, Hospitality and Volunteers, Marketing and Evaluation, and Young Writers. Additionally, volunteers host and introduce authors, distribute marketing materials, and hand out and tabulate surveys. No matter your area of expertise or interest, there's a spot for you at the festival.
If you wish to help out in any way at the festival, please fill out a survey at a festival program or send us an email. Thank you in advance for taking the time to reach out. We look forward to having you as part of the team.
With your help and support, the book festival will serve
the Chippewa Valley for many years to come.
