We Need Your Support >> Donate, Volunteer, Present

Donate

Thank you in advance for supporting our book festival financially. Our annual budget for authors’ and presenters’ honoraria and expenses, advertising and printing is about $40,000. Just as we count on volunteer workers, we rely on financial donations from individuals and businesses to run the festival and secure its future in the Chippewa Valley. As part of the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire Foundation, we are a 501(c)(3) organization, so your donation is tax deductible.

If you would like to submit a check through the mail, please make checks payable to the UW-Eau Claire Foundation, noting
”Chippewa Valley Book Festival #2489” on the memo line.

Mail this form and your check to:

Volunteer

The Chippewa Valley Book Festival depends entirely on volunteers, so your support through offering your time is an invaluable donation.

We are organized into several committees: Authors and Events, Authors in the Schools, Fundraising, Hospitality and Volunteers, Marketing and Evaluation, and Young Writers. Additionally, volunteers host and introduce authors, assist with book sales, distribute marketing materials, and hand out and tabulate surveys. No matter your area of expertise or interest, there's a spot for you at the festival.

If you wish to help out in any way at the festival, please fill out a survey at a festival program or send us an email. Thank you in advance for taking the time to reach out. We look forward to having you as part of the team.

WITH YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT, THE BOOK FESTIVAL
WILL SERVE THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.

Sincere thanks to all the organizers of this outstanding book festival. I have been many places and none compare for organization, communication, remuneration and on site hospitality. It was a lovely experience.
