SUPPORT THE 2026 BOOK FESTIVAL
NEW FOR 2026!
Sponsor a specific festival event to boost name recognition and support a cause that aligns with you or your company.
SPONSORSHIP PERKS AT EVERY LEVEL
Whether you’re donating $5,000 or $5, we appreciate the support! Every dollar helps us bring talented and inspiring authors to the Chippewa Valley.
HOW TO DONATE
Thank you in advance for supporting our book festival financially. Our annual budget for authors’ and presenters’ honoraria and expenses, advertising and printing is about $40,000. Just as we count on volunteer workers, we rely on financial donations from individuals and businesses to run the festival and secure its future in the Chippewa Valley. As a partner of Pablo Center at the Confluence, we are a 501(c)(3) organization, so your donation is tax-deductible.
If you would like to submit a check through the mail, please make checks payable to the Pablo Center at the Confluence, noting ”Chippewa Valley Book Festival” on the memo line.
Mail this form and your check to:
Pablo Center at the Confluence
128 Graham Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54701
*PLEASE NOTE: The University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire Foundation is no longer the book festival’s fiscal agent. Thank you in advance for making sure the donation is directed to the correct organization.*
WHAT YOUR DONATION CAN DO:
BOOST THE LOCAL ECONOMY: The festival draws visitors who spend money at nearby restaurants, hotels, and independent shops, providing a direct financial lift to the community.
FOSTER A CULTURE OF LITERACY: By offering free access to authors and workshops, the festival inspires readers of all ages and bridges educational gaps.
AMPLIFY DIVERSE AND UNDERREPRESENTED VOICES: The festival works hard to make sure our authors represent various backgrounds and experiences. We prioritize giving a voice to underrepresented groups who deserve a platform.
CREATE A SPACE FOR VITAL SOCIAL CONNECTION: The festival serves as a vibrant public third space, bringing together neighbors, friends, families, and book lovers for meaningful, face-to-face interactions.
INSPIRE THE NEXT GENERATION OF READERS & WRITERS: The festival’s youth programming and our Authors in the School program, bringing authors into the classrooms all year round, provide a foundation of engagement for readers and writers of all ages.
HELP KEEP THE FESTIVAL ACCESSIBLE TO ALL: Because they are community-supported, donations ensure the festival can keep our events free, making culture accessible to everyone, regardless of income.
